Can I route different keywords to different channels?

Yes. You can configure notification routing per keyword, sending each keyword’s matches to the channel that makes sense.

For example:

  • Competitor mentions go to a Slack channel monitored by your sales team.
  • Support questions go to Discord where your community team hangs out.
  • High-urgency keywords trigger a webhook that creates a task in your CRM.
  • Routine mentions go to email.

Routing is managed from the keyword card’s Notifications dialog and runs automatically after you save it. You can mix and match available channels: Slack, Discord, Email, and Webhook.
