How does keyword matching work?

Messijo checks every incoming post on your monitored platforms against your keyword list. When a post contains any of your tracked keywords, it counts as a match and triggers an alert.

Matching is case-insensitive. You can use simple keywords (single words or phrases) or compound keywords with AND/NOT logic to be more precise. You can also choose between whole-word and partial matching depending on how strict you want the match to be.

If you have Lenses configured, each matching mention gets classified by your Lens before an alert is sent, so you only hear about the mentions that matter.
